Damaged or Defective Products

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if you receive a product that is:

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a return or exchange for a damaged or defective product, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the sealed package.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as the video serves as proof of the product's condition upon delivery.

Return Request

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24** hours of delivery** with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • The complete unboxing video

After verification, we will determine whether your request is eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping Fee

If your return request is approved, a return shipping fee may be applicable, depending on the circumstances of the return. The applicable amount will be communicated to you before the return is processed.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, if your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
