Incorrect Address

Hi'Me is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for resending the order will be borne by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package. This video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged or defective products, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
